Success in marketing homes is very much dependent upon effective advertising.  Print publications like the "Suburban North" magazine are an important part of our marketing strategies for both new construction projects and resale properties.  Statistically, the percentage of buyers who respond to an ad and actually purchase the advertised home is very small, something on the order of 3%.  Still, advertising does make a significant contribution to our success.  First, it gives your home exposure to a large population of potential buyers.  Second, it gives our company broad name recognition. Consistent advertising enhances our reputation as a company with a large physical presence in our market area.  In short, advertising attracts buyers to the company.  The greater the number of buyers that we are able to reach, the greater the likelihood that we will reach your buyer. So you see, even if we do not advertise your home specifically, but do maintain an advertising presence, the probability that we will attract "your buyer" will be greatly enhanced.

We mail out hundreds of "just listed" cards to your neighborhood. You'd be surprised how often a home will sell to a friend of someone who lives close by.
